Classic Deli Display

Oven-roasted turkey breast, smoked ham, lean roast beef, sliced swiss and cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onions, breads, baguettes and croissants, pasta salad, potato chips, and fresh fruit salad

Salad Sensation

Mixed greens, romaine lettuce, black olives, roasted peppers, diced cucumbers, broccoli, shredded carrots, garbanzo beans,  chopped egg, diced ham, diced turkey, sliced chicken breast, shaved parmesan, shredded cheese, croutons and three dressings. Whole apples, oranges and bananas. Includes bread station of hard rolls, soft rolls and cut baguette with flavored oils and butters

Gourmet Sandwich Display

Grilled chicken caesar wraps with romaine, parmesan and tomato. Roasted beef, boursin and tomatoes on a baguette. Classic turkey club on wheat with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on wheat bread, served with fresh fruit salad, marinated vegetable salad, homemade potato chips and pretzels

Pasta Bar

Warm pasta tossed with olive oil and pesto. Served with classic marinara and alfredo sauce. Toppings include sautéed mushrooms, broccoli, black olives, diced tomato, bell peppers and grated cheese, served with warm focaccia

Baked Potato Bar

Includes chopped smoked bacon, butter, sour cream, diced ham, broccoli, shredded cheese, cheese sauce and house chili. Served with a bread display, flavored butters and oil

Fajita and Nacho Bar

Warm flour tortillas with crisp white corn nacho chips. Served with seasoned ground beef, grilled sliced chicken breast, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream, fresh-cut limes and black olives
